does this come wrapped in plastic? i'm trying to minimize my plastic usuage

It's been a while, but I don't remember it being wrapped in plastic.

Does this product actually lather or does it act more like a cream?

More of a cream, but a very little goes a long way on your wet face. Love the tingle it gives.

Is the can usually full? Im hoping i just received a defective can as this shaving cream is fantastic but i cant abide paying 16 bucks for half a can.

I've only opened one . i do have a second unopened can but the first did arrive completely full.

Can this be used with a wet/dry electric shaver?

Don’t see why not. It’s shaving cream. I use a brush to bring it to a lather, then apply to my face. If your electric razor can handle other creams, I don’t see why this would be any different.
