Triple 8 New York 337024-001-1XS Sweat Saver Cert Helmet

I hadn't had any accident yet (xsing fingers) but it feels secure and lightweight. I sweat alot but this helmet handles it pretty well.

It’s been so hard for me to find a helmet that doesn't give my large head a migraine. The XL fits great and is super comfy.

I was looking for a helmet that my teen would ACTUALLY wear, he participates in BMX, skateboarding and does tricks on his scooter. After looking at countless options here on Amazon I came across this helmet and decided to give it a try. The style and color were exactly what he was looking for and my son reports back that it is indeed lightweight and comfortable to wear. He hasn't yet had any wrecks while using this helmet but it feels like a good quality product that will hold up to some wipeouts. Really the best part is that my teen approves of it and is willing to wear it, which is basically a miracle. lol

Great fit and comfortable. Lightweight too and not a burden when you're trying to skate. Much better than bulkier bike helmets and looks cooler too.

I'm gonna be honest, it's not exactly what I was expecting. The pictures make the inner pads look velvet soft. They're more like terrycloth. They do seem to help wick away the sweat though. At first I was worried it would be too snug and stiff and give me a headache like other reviews said; however I found it very comfortable, so much so that I forgot I was wearing it because I was too focused on what I was doing. I can't say yet whether this helmet is worth the extra money over Triple 8's other helmet models but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
