I like knowing what this enzyme is known to do for people. It helps with chronic sinusitis, thins mucus, arthritis, osteoarthritis, pulmonary disease and inflammation. Taken on an empty stomach which enables the enzyme to find and break up proteins that have been distributed in places it should not reside in your body. You do not take it with food because it would digest the protein you are eating. You want it to breakup the protein residue where the protein should not be in your body.
