I have also have the Zyliss Comfort Pro serrated paring knife and bread knife. Like them, this is excellent quality, a nice weight with a comfortable handle. Above all it’s sharp, and will go through even hard vegetables like butternut squash as if they weren’t there.

Well made with study construction, not a fully 'polished' finish on the steel bit of the handles but for this price point they are great value. They are also sharp! I've used this set of knives for several months now and they go in the dishwasher every night - no rust or issues with the handles.

disappointed. i always had good success with zyllis knives but not with this one. it says it’s dishwasher safe but i can’t confirm that. after just a very few washes it already has stains that look like rust.

We really love this knife. We’ve bought Zyliss products in the past and have a high opinion of the brand, and we have not been disappointed. The knife is beautiful to look at and has a lovely curved handle which is comfortable to hold. The blade is thicker than others we have but with an incredibly sharp blade edge which is apparently ice-hardened; a term I’d not come across before but apparently means it’ll keep its sharpness for longer. The blad is also full-tang, running the entire length of the knife including through the handle and this gives it a balanced feel in your hand and also means no worries about the blade snapping. It’s a joy to use and slices effortlessly, the dimples in the blade reduce the occurrence of slices sticking to the knife as you go and a quick wipe clean after use rather than sticking in the dishwasher will keep this knife in tip top condition!

A bit on the heavy side but still a very good knife

Such a cool knife, looks a bit psycho but hey ho. The knife is ultra-sharp and easy to use, it has a long blade for big jobs like melons etc but also has this really cool shaped tip so that you can use it for precision work in the kitchen. A very sturdy blade and a great addition to the kitchen knives. I rate the knife really highly and I have worked in industrial kitchens previously and have come to know that a good knife is worth its weight in gold. The knife sits in the hand really well and does not become tiring to use. A total winner.
