Difficult to find in local stores. It's "impossible" to find these rated for 120V, but the 250V rating will still do the the job.

The fuses had no certification markings such as ULc, CSA etc. Made me think wonder if the fuses actually met Canadian and other international electrical specifications. The end caps on the glass tube were dimpled instead of being flat. The end caps did not fit flush to the glass tube. Made me wonder about manufacturing quality.

I ordered these for our massage chair as they’re the same rating as the one in the chair and look the same. White coil in middle of fuse. Fuses that arrived were not as pictured - same rating but a flat wire inside the fuse. The fuse blew as soon as I turned the chair on. Unfortunately I had to return them.
