The taste is awful. If diluted with orange and grapefruit juice it doesn’t taste so bad, but the smell lingers. Outside of that, I’ve been having more energy, I’m more focused and also regular bm’s. My daughter, my fiancé and myself has had great results since taking this supplement.

This is one of my favorite health products ! I wouldn’t be without it! Anytime of feel a cold coming on, I’ll put 5 drops of this in an empty capsule . This makes it’s easier to swallow, otherwise it burns my throat . Within in a short time , the symptoms go away. Once I was fighting an infection, and I took this product daily for several weeks. It helped tremendously! I keep several boxes on hand and highly recommend this product!

Unexpectedly spicy! It is a high quality mixture with great directions. I've used it for 2 weeks and feel good. I am using it to bolster my medicine for an autoimmune disorders. So far it is helping. It has a light color and gentle texture. It is spicy tasting for the few recommended drops for sure. However, by the second use I grew to like the interesting spiciness and find it weirdly pleasant.

Good stuff, I take with or without water lol it will wake your taste buds I took roughly 10 to 20 drops a day for sibo for about a week helps for sure but got a bruise on my arm and sure enough oregano can cause bruising due to being like a blood thinner so I will lay off for three days and take as suggested lol. Just wanted to hit it hard at first not sure that is the best, but I'm happy and will purchase again also I use it in purified water spray bottle for house smells so good.

Be aware before you buy! This stuff is very strong. We only use it if we really come down with a bad bug, but it's awesome! You'll want to possibly dilute it because it does slightly burn. The taste is of course very strong (it's supposed to be).

Burns like hell, but i mean i haven’t been really ill in over a year…. just the minor cold and flu that only lasts a couple of days cuz i take this and it nips it in the bud. Plus don’t get it on your skin… i left it on my hand cuz i hear it amazing for skin….got a chemical burn. Don’t be like me 🥲
