Buyer beware

The picture isn't accurate, the skirt just falls flat and is very thin (the model must be wearing a crinoline that must be purchased separately).Overall quality is poor. Buyer beware: they charge for returns and shipping back to the UK is very expensive. I went ahead with shipping the item back on principle.
