Upon reading all the literature on Kerasl it should be understood that continuous usage of Kerasal can or may make fungus infected toenails appear more healthy. It does not and cannot kill the fungus. I committed to a 15 minute soaking of my toenails, (morning and night), in a amber colored antiseptic mouthwash then an application of Kerasal. After one week my toenails looknails appear notably more healthy. Prior to my treatment schedule, I first abraided the thick nail surfaces with a deburring power tool, (maybe overkill) however I wanted to remove as much of the dead nail as possible to allow the antiseptic liquid to penetrate to the nail bed. I will continue this treatment schedule for several weeks. I do believe the regular application of almost any salve, vapor ointment or mouthwash will make the toenails "kook more healthy". This is essentially all the Kerasal solution will do for you.

This is the umpteenth product tried over several years to cure highly resistant, difficult, thick, toenail fungus issues. Finally, this one actually works. Use it twice a day, let it dry before putting on socks or slippers (takes a few minutes; not a long time). Within about 2 weeks the nails started clearing up!! They are beginning to look like normal toe nails instead of the dragon claws of the past 10-plus years. Delighted with the results. The process was aided by literally sanding the nails down with an electric manicure kit to a more normal thickness before applying this brush-on formula. Even with that approach, no other product, soak, soak+product, whatever-combo had ever worked before. That it has done such a good job in so short a time is miraculous. Worth trying it if you have a stubborn thick nail/fungus nail problem.
