Great product, an absolute value for money purchase. Makes evenly toasted sandwiches, that taste good. Very easy to use for any age group. The lock and indicator lights makes sandwich making a breeze.

It does its job. It has auto cut, and grills the bread perfect with crunchiness. Time saving grills 2 at a time. Built of product is ok according to the price.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this entire transaction. This product arrived on 19th of sep, and it was immediately clear it was defective straight out of the box. ​The specific fault is as a grill it does not heat the plates are cold. ​While receiving a defective item can happen, the real issue lies with the complete failure of the post-sales process. ​I initiated an exchange/return request every day and have since followed up multiple times via return or replace option. I have received zero response and the status of my request always says sorry try another meathod. This lack of communication has rendered the promised exchange or replacement process completely impossible. ​ Advice to future buyers: Exercise extreme caution. If you receive a faulty unit, expect to be completely abandoned by the support system. Do not purchase this item unless you are prepared for a potential loss of money. Unacceptable customer service.

It's like ok deal , product is good. I faced only 2 issues , 1st wire is very short , 2nd It's upper and lower body get much heated very fast in 2 mins of use
