I bought this drill set to use for work around my farm. It's a great tool! I have to admit the excellent use of led work light. I often work at night and outdoors after my day job, and the one thing you think I would have with me, my flashlight, I didn't. That little forgetfulness would take away from my precious working time. And don't get me started when I need to use both of my hands and would need the help from one of my children to hold the flashlight! Now I can have my little helpers "help" me by "holding the flashlight," and I can see, thanks to my new drill! I saw all the positive reviews on this, and the price was right, so trying this drill out was a no-brainer. The drill comes with two batteries, which after the first charge, the first battery I put in, I got a good several days' use out of it before I needed to swap to the second battery. The charge times on these batteries are quick as well, I didn't time it, but I think with the included fast-charger first battery was fully charged after an hour. The drill seems of good quality and thus far the battery seems to have a good running time. A hard case rather than a bag (into which things fit properly only if you take the battery off the drill before re-bagging) would be an improvement. Finally (and not a deal breaker) the bits/screwdriver ends that come with it in a very nice case are for light duty only. Used the Phillips heads to attempt to drive screws into flooring and the tips snapped off on the first use (2 # 2 tips). Using another set of Phillips ends did the job without an issue.

I replace an older, 19.2v Craftsman set and this is half the weight, 2/3 the size and works like a champ! The batter charges fast and holds a charge for quite a long time. I use it for occasional work around the house, not in a commercial capacity. If you want something for use, hour after hour, day after day, then you should probably stick with one of the high-end commercial brands. I should also add, I like the way this feels in my hand; nice and solid. The LED is nice an bright as well. I wish this company made a larger selection of tools, I'd try them all.

This drill/driver is a steal at this price. It's got a great heft without being heavy, excellent balance, and plenty of power for both drilling and driving tasks. The quick-dial settings allow for switching between tasks easily, and the wide range of settings lets you select just the right torque for the job at hand. Overall, VERY happy with this tool. Considering it comes with a set of driver bits and two batteries plus charger, I don't see how the price/quality combo can be beat.
