Steam Shower Room With Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub

I purchased this unit & it was delivered in a couple weeks (delivered on a pallet, in a few large boxes). They delivered it & left it in my garage, as they won't climb stairs to deliver. I had an electrician & plumber handle the install. We had many questions about the install, as the install manual is somewhat lacking complete info. We contacted bestforbath.net for help several times. The first few responses were questionable at best. But they eventually provided a ton of answers, along with pictures to help explain everything.Now that everything is installed & up & running, I am extremely happy with the purchase.

The instructions for instillation are written by Chinese, they are very poor with tons of ways to screw up. Many things are not in the instructions and you are left with trial and error. The seller Golden Flugler is out of a persons home with very little knowledge of what she is selling and getting timely answers are impossible. I had installers waiting for answers for hours at a hundred dollars a hour.

I didn't buy this product from Amazon but directly from Kitchen and bath masters. This is the worst product I have ever seen, no proper instruction and the drain hose is only 1 inch so even you are lucky assembling the unit still it might not work so better dont waste your money and time on this garbage

Very happy with the purchase! The rain shower feels amazing. We had it installed by a plumber, he called couple times the seller with questions which were answered very quickly. It works great! The delivery took 2 weeks, which is not bad for such a big item.
