Growing great just bigger than expected
Grew from seed in 2023 and spring 2024, planted outside and stayed low throughout growing season with a few blooms. This year, 2025 they came up with a vengeance. Are in front of garden as thought would stay low throughout growing season. They are presently 4 foot tall and thriving with many blooms getting ready to bloom. Guess is a problem they grew too well. Will enjoy as they are.

Zero percent germination
I bought these cone flower seeds to replace cone flowers that were ripped out by overzealous landscapers. I followed the directions carefully, preparing the bed, lightly covering the seeds, and watering regularly but not excessively. The directions indicated that germination would take 2 to 3 weeks. Over 5 weeks have passed but NOT ONE seed out of over 5000 has produced a purple cone flower plant. A very hardy, low growing weed with tiny leaves has sprouted up every where I planted the seeds I received. I now have to remove hundreds of weeds by the roots to be able to plant anything in that flower bed. Were the wrong seeds provided? Were all the seeds dead? Either way, this more than doubles my work and it wasted every penny I spent on these seeds. If it were possible to assign zero stars, I would do so. I have never given such a low review to any product before, and I cannot recommend ever purchasing anything from this supplier as a result of my experience.

Put in fridge wrapped in a wet paper towel in a zip lock baggy.
Seeds are germinating well. Cold stratification works.put in fridge for two weeks then put on heat mat for a couple days and almost all the seeds germinated. So far good value.

High germination rate and easy to grow
Very high germination rate. I had tiny seedlings this fall and can’t wait to see how they fill out this spring.

didn't produce any flowers for me, but maybe I just don't know what I'm doing
Didn't produce any flowers for me, but I just scattered them on the dirt, put some water and hoped for the best so I'm giving 3 stars because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. It could be that I'm in the wrong zone; I'm in Los Angeles.
