The fuel says "alcohol". I know this sounds stupid, but are we talking Rubbing alcohol you can buy at any drug store or find in a first aid kit?

Hi! It's not a stupid question at all. This stove will burn Denatured Alchohol (Sold in hardware stores, chain stores, and camping stores) and 'Yellow Bottle' HEET Fuel line 'antifreeze.' It will *BURN* using high-purity rubbing alcohol but not well, even if you're running 91% or 99% IPA. It will also *BURN* high purity Ethenol like say 151 Bacardi or Everclear, but again not ideally. Those are the only fuels I would ever put in a Spirit-burner-type stove, and Denatured Alchohol is by far the best choice. Sometimes it's sold as 'chaffing dish' fuel.
