Tastes like sweet flowers
I take this before going to bed and I seem to sleep better. I no longer wake up several times during the night. It's nice to wakeup feeling rested without grogginess that some sleep aides cause.

Excellent adaptive herb. Take when working hard or under stress. The 1:3 formula yields a good amount of the herb. 1:1 /1:2 / 1:3 strength herbal extracts are the best buy.

Energy and calm focus
This is a fantastic product. It's been 2 weeks and I have 7 to 10 drops in my coffee each morning and the energy and focus lasts all day. I will be purchasing more.

Read the book!
I love how this product tastes. I have a book on it and it is extremely good for you. I just ordered two more bottles. Not sure if I see anything changing in my health but consciously I know I am.

Love the sweetness.
I’ve only been using this product for a week, and can already feel the effects. It’s definitely a mood enhancer and very calming. It takes the edge off any stressful days. I take a dropperful morning and night. It’s a definite addition to my go-to supplements.

Not for me!
I got up to three drops before I started experiencing nerve pain in my foot. I thought I was crazy so I stopped taking it, then started again. Same thing, same spot. It took about a month to go away after I stopped taking it. I didn’t notice any benefits for me for taking it. Just the numb foot. I recommend starting with a small amount and building up.

No more night sweats
I havent noticed too much of a difference except I haven't had night sweats. Which is awesome. I really like how I can just add this to my morning coffee or tea.
