Completely unacceptable, I received the item and the capsules inside have broken. The bottle looks like it is 100 years old will 💯 not be able to use and think it is disgraceful that the item was delivered in this state!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS OPTION.

very bad smell and bad stored , canot take any capsules ,, seems to exposed to hot storing place that damaged the component

These ZMA capsules are a great supplement. I can speak for the fitness aspect of them but they have definitely improved my sleep quality. At first I thought that perhaps it was just in my head but after taking them for several weeks now I feel that I am more well rested in the morning when I wake up. It is also easier for me to wake up and I’ve found that I usually wake up on the first alarm rather than hitting snooze several times. I also feel that an unintended side effect of these has been an improvement in my mood. I definitely feel calmer and more patient especially when with my children. I’m not sure if I can attribute that to these capsules directly or if that is due to me feeling more rested. All in all I would recommend these. I purchased to bottles of the 180 caps and will definitely purchase more when I run out.

Did the product help with recovery and better night sleep, certainly felt like it. However, it smelled and tasted awful, possibly due to bad storing conditions.

Took this ZMA at bedtime after workouts and I’m actually sleeping deeper. Waking up feeling less sore, which is a big win. The zinc, magnesium & B6 combo is solid. Highly recommend!

I've been using this product on and off for the last two years -- primarily during heavy training periods -- and I believe that it has really helped me. Taking these pills results in exceptionally deep, refreshing sleep, with extremely vivid dreams. And if I do wake up in the middle of the night, I will fall back to sleep almost immediately. I can say subjectively that I seem to feel better refreshed and less sore the next day if I take this after a tough workout. And interestingly, while I usually sleep around 8 hours each night, if I take these I'll wake up fully alert after only 7 hours. I am sorry to report that I haven't experienced the wonderful sex dreams reported by some others; I'll keep trying! A warning: I would recommend taking these at least 30 minutes -- maybe even 60 -- before bed. And only take them if you have at least 8 hours before you need to do anything productive. If you don't give them enough time, e.g. if you take them at midnight at get up at 5:00, they will leave you groggy and disoriented instead of thoroughly refreshed. And I can say without a doubt that these things are not placebos: I accidentally took them one morning instead of the supplement I meant to take, after a full night's sleep, and for the next 8 hours I could barely keep my eyes open. The bottle says to take 3 pills, but I've found that 2 of them is enough for me. (I weigh 165 lbs and concentrate on running; YMMV if you're heavier and/or a bodybuilder.) All in all, I highly recommend giving these a shot if you want better sleep and better recovery. I'm absolutely a believer.
