Glucosamine Chondroitin Advanced, Joint and Cartilage Support, 120 Coated Tablets

I was introduced to the benefits of glucosamine and chondroitin over 20 years ago, and have been using it faithfully ever since. I have had great results sustaining my joint health over the past 20 years (I am 73 years old.) I am sure it is what is helping keep my joints in good shape and helping with my overall flexibility. I like this 21st Century Healthcare product both for its quality and very reasonable price. The daily requirement is 3 tablets a day, so I take one tablet in the morning with my other vitamins and minerals, and two tablets in the evening, as a regular routine. I have this product on Subscribe-and-Save for monthly delivery, so I never run out.

I have a back injury that nothing seems to help. Even strong pain meds don't really give significant relief. Several years ago I tried Schiff Move Free and after following the directions and allowing time for it to work, (Two weeks at a higher dose, then drop back to a lower dose for maintenance) my back pain was greatly reduced. However, that stuff is like $30 a bottle and I went looking for a cheaper alternative. This is it. This gives me exactly the same results as Move Free Advanced Triple Strength but at a fraction of the price. This is $13.75 for a bottle of 120 caplets, Move Free is $30 a bottle for 160 caplets. I order two at a time so even if I have no other Amazon orders it still qualifies for Free Super Saver Shipping. I take two a day, at bedtime, so a bottle lasts me 3 months. For around $50 a year this is well worth the results I'm getting. Bear in mind that everyone is different and you may get even greater or far less satisfaction from this product, but it works for me and I'm happy with the results and the price. At this price it's worth trying if you have anything like the discomfort and pain I have without this.

I have played tennis on hard courts on and off for over 25 years and haven't had a problem with the knees until this year. Could be age. Could be weight. Could be just plain wear and tear. Anyway, a fellow player suggested gluco chond so I found the cheapest one on Amazon which is this one and I tried it. I took it for about 3 weeks and my knees feel great. Was it the product or did my knees just heal? You never know. But, since the knees feel better and if you are in search of inexpensive gluco chond tablets, I would recommend these.

I love this stuff. It really works. Be aware it may take as much as 2 months of taking it before you feel or notice the difference. So do not give up on it without giving it that long. But you will not be sorry if you follow through with it. All 3 of these OTC meds is a plus!!
