I’m giving a 5 star review despite both of these failing after a month of working.. these do work but it’s only going to solve the issue for so long. Anyone with an insignia knows that once the water gets into the headlight it’s going to blow the ballast. I’ve had this issue for over a year (because I refuse to pay more a new headlight unit than the car is worth). That being said if you need a quick fix for an MOT or you install and properly seal the light then it will do the job. This will not remove the light from the dash but at the price it’s worth it. I have bought genuine ones from Vauxhall that have also failed so just save some money and buy these to keep the car going.

Good replacement, used on 2011 insignia . Old one was filled with water, so after drying and cleaning and a YouTube video re how to replace all was done successfully. Only issue the ballast Mainboard does not communicate with the cars CPU, lights work, auto light works, and even movement is ok but the dash still randomly says Check dipped beam due to this. Easily skipped by pressing clear or menu though. Also, after a bit of research it appears the original one does the same unless it is synched with your car. Overall worth the money just have patience to change it as it takes a lot of time ...

Does the job.

Once fitted to the vehicle, this ballast would only operate intermittently. Even when the headlight was illuminated, there remained a warning on the dashboard from the start. when the car was unlocked, the light would illuminate, however, when the vehicle is cranked to start the engine and the lights turn off the headlight would not Come back on. Less than a couple of weeks after purchase the banisters failed completely

High recommend.

It has worked however some problems with regard to the headlight are still occurring.

Fonctionne très bien. Juste un message d’erreur à l’allumage car pas la marque d’origine mais tout fonctionne bien
