**Q: If this doesn't work with mp54/56 teams phones then what does work with teams.**
A: Yes it works, i am using them

**Q: Will the expansion show me if the extension i'm calling is busy?**
A: Yes, the expansion modules will display extension list/names and presence status (i.e.- if a person is available, busy, etc.).  This assumes that your phone system supports presence status-- most VoIP systems do now.

**Q: Does the exp50 work with the sip-t53w? if so, does this expansion module increase the supported number of lines from 12, or simply add more buttons?**
A: yes, it adds more buttons.
