Really tasty and great with apples for a healthy sweet treat. The thickness and texture are perfect. Will definitely buy it again.

I picked up a bottle of Bloom a few years ago in a market and fully enjoyed it for its utility and scrumptious flavor. The product I received in the mail yesterday lacks the flavor its predecessor held and provides an odd aftertaste that lingers even when added to coffee. Did the formula change? Did the product sit too long in non-preferred conditions? I don’t know… but I can’t recommend this company anymore.

For a girl that can't have anything that has dairy in it, this stuff is heaven. I've tried several different coconut caramel sauces and this one doesn't disappoint. It does separate, but I just put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and stir. It comes out perfectly every time. It has a rich flavor and pours really well. I will say that it does not compete with real milk-made caramel, so if that's what you're going for this may not make you happy. There is another brand that is my absolute favorite but it is always out of stock, so I'm glad I found this. This brand is a little more expensive, so I try to make it last a while. But if you're dairy free and looking for something smooth and caramelly (is that even a word? I'm not sure) this hits the spot in my book. I would definitely buy this again

This is such a yummy treat to add to your deserts or coffee! The coconut taste is a little strong but it's easy to get used to. If you put it in the fridge it thickens up a bit and makes it perfect for apple dipping!

Its very thin and it has a sort of fake taste to it. Wasnt terrible but just not enough like reg caramel for me.

i ordered this to add to my iced coffee. since i can’t have dairy, this vegan sauce is perfect. the only downside is that once opened, you have to refrigerate it and when you go to use it, it’s hard to squeeze out of the bottle. i usually take it out for a couple minutes prior to making my coffee to allow it to sit for a bit. overall, great tasting product!

I got the two pack. Both were covered in sauce and stuck to the package. I cleaned them off to assess what I got. When I took the lid off of one, the safety seal under was only placed there, not sealed. Both bottles have severe separation of the product inside. I heated one bottle to mix and give it the greatest of chances. It’s not good. I have made dulce de leche from canned sweetened condensed coconut milk and it’s leaps and bounds better. It separates less. It’s sealed. It’s cheaper. I wanted to try something new and easy. This, sadly wasn’t it. I can’t even get a refund. I’m so bummed.

While the item arrived quickly, there’s was a small amount of spillage inside the product envelope due to the safety seal under the cap not being fully intact.It was enjoyable on vanilla ice cream, but a little salty for me (salted Carmel flavor) so tonight I’ll try it with a freshly baked brownie. Maybe that will help since I love salted Carmel chocolates!!
