It is of the right size. I sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my neck. It acts as a very good stress relief in my neck. Also, it is anti-aging. I realized after using it for 4 days that my cheekbones are lifted! You can also sleep sideways with your head on the pillow. Again since your cheek is not touching the pillow it avoids the formation of wrinkles. I really really love this pillow and I will be taking it along with me wherever I go.

Not fit for purpose. Under the knees yes perhaps but not even a rugby player could use under the neck. Too big.

This pillow is great, my neck feels so supported, it’s also helping my shoulders by keeping weight off my arthritic shoulders

The item is wonderful, it does its job, but it won't help if you plan to embrace it during your night's sleep, because the object squeezes your side-nick so tight that blood won't go through easily, it is so obvious that you can feel it. What I did to overcome that obstacle is putting it under my pillow, and it worked, within seven nights, the pain in my nick was mostly healed. I get addicted to it, I think this will travel with me everywhere I go.

I bought this cervical roll in a burgundy color in March 2022. It was exactly what I wanted: Soft yet firm. I ordered the same product in the color purple in March 2025. It was hard enough to use as a baseball bat. I returned it. I tried several other brands of cervical rolls but none of them was as comfortable as my burgundy roll from 2022. So this month (May 2025) I ordered it again in a blue color. It is perfect--just like my old burgundy roll from 2022. By the way, the old burgundy roll still looks and feels perfect.
