Works Great Even After a Year of Use!
One of the best products I’ve purchased on Amazon. We have terracotta tile in the bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen, and this mop does a great job keeping it clean and shiny. My favorite feature is the three washable microfiber mop heads—they’re easy to use and easy to clean. Even my fiancée has become a fan of mopping, and she is not a cleaning-type person, which says a lot. I don’t really use the water spray function, but when I have, it’s worked well with no clogs so far. One thing to note: it doesn’t get deep into crevices or tight corners, so keep that in mind depending on your flooring. Overall, I’d 100% buy this again.

Great price for great mop
I like this mop. Out the gate. It’s easy to put together and use immediately. I keep a pad on it prepared for spills and let it dry since I’m only using water in it. I put cleaner on the floor itself and spray water to add. It makes it easy to handle and maintain the floor with the wide mat head it’s quicker than a swifer. I like not having to purchase more I guess maxi pads for the swifer. Super toxic to think of all those in the landfill when a more economical choice was available. I got these to wipe down the walls in the bathroom and reach high while dispensing cleaner where I couldn’t reach. It cleaned easily I did all the cabinets before moving to the floor. It’s not regular cleaning but also something I haven’t thought to do with other mops for fear of scratching the paint or using a chemical that’s not for that. Having the choice of cleaner is a bonus and the large container means I finished the job without having to stop and regroup. I feel like having things like this that are easier in a roommate, professional or kid setting encourages others to help maintain the cleanliness of the space. So this gets an a+ and far as ease n fun since the kid decided to get in on it. Works for me. I’ll be using it to do the windows with windex next. So overall I think I’ve gotten my moneys worth and knowing I can clean the mats <3. Aka I can clean however I want n use what I want. Aces

Decent Mop, But Has Room for Improvement
I recently purchased the Spray Mop with washable pads for cleaning my floors, and while it gets the job done, it's not without its flaws. First, the design is user-friendly, and the ability to refill the 800 ml bottle is convenient. I appreciate the microfiber pads, which do a good job of picking up dust and dirt on various surfaces, from laminate to ceramic tiles. However, one downside is that the spray function can be inconsistent at times. It sometimes requires extra pumping to get a good spray, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, while the washable pads are a great idea, they can be challenging to clean thoroughly after heavy use. Overall, this mop offers decent functionality for regular cleaning, but if you're looking for something more robust or efficient, there might be better options out there. It serves its purpose but could benefit from improved spray reliability and easier pad maintenance.

So easy to use
It's a floor mop, and there's no great technology involved with this one. As long as the nozzle presses down, the bottle doesn't leak, and the nozzle isn't clogged.... I'm happy. This product has no problems with any of these issues. It works as advertised. Pros: -It's light weight -The bottle seems large enough for me to clean my home, which has a lot of floor. You don't want the bottle too large either because it'll be heavier, and the solution will have to sit in the canister for a long time. -I can fill the bottle with whatever cleaner I like, or my own concoction (non-caustic more natural items) -The spray works great - Makes it easy to wipe my floors without having to get a bucket, lots of water, drag the bucket around, make a wet mess.... -I don't finish the whole bottle of solution in one go. I use it here and there all day long without emptying the canister. So far, nothing has gone wrong with the seal and I've done this for a month already. -I love that it comes with multiple pads so I can wash one and use one -Better price point than the name brands. And this one just works. Cons: -None -Can't deep clean with it because it's not a steam cleaner.... -Pretty much know what you're buying before you buy it. -We all wish we had one appliance to rule them all, but unfortunately, everything has its limitations, even the fancy Tineco vacuum mops. I've tried that too, but for surface area I need to cover, I'm always running out of solution or dumping the dirty canister because it's full. It was more running around than it was worth. So I bought this low tech solution and it's been way better for my situation. -Bottom line, this is a mop. It's good for top surface cleaning of your hard floors, and that's it. It won't clean out things that have seeped into grout. It won't deep clean, here's no heating element involved at all. -And since it's pretty much a mop, you'll have to sweep or vacuum all the dry particles off your floor first before you use this device. I hope all of this is helpful in your choice. FYI, I'm not getting paid by the company at all, but so far I like this device, it just works.

I like it but…..
I really liked this mop for cleaning my laminate and tile floors. Did an excellent job of removing pet foot prints and general yuck off the kitchen floors and at first the spray feature worked great. Nice fine mist with a good spread and then after the 4th or 5th use it quit working. Now it barely spits liquid. I always removed the bottle and cleared any liquids from the housing before storage based on the manufacturers recommendation and seeing similar reviews before purchasing and wanted to circumvent this problem but with no luck. I could still return it but that seems like a bigger hassle then just throwing some water on the floor and using it that way I still like the design and it seems sturdy and the pads are durable so far but don’t expect the sprayer to work very long. ****Update**** After being contacted by the supplier the issue with the sprayer was resolved. Changing my review to 5 stars because I really love this thing. Works great to get gunk off my floors and leaves them shining. Then after about two or three uses I toss the pad into the washer. Couldn’t be any more convenient.

Didn’t work as expected
I bought this to replace my Swiffer, hoping it would be a better option. Unfortunately, when using the spray, it doesn’t reach the floor properly. The bottle that holds the liquid also tends to come loose easily, and the overall material doesn’t feel very durable. It just didn’t meet my needs.

Good replacement for Bona
I got sick and tired of replacing my Bona mop after the third time and decided no more. I read a LOT of product reviews before choosing this one, mainly on the basis of reading about good customer service. So far I'm very happy with the mop. I've had it for about 2 months now and have had no problems whatsoever, no leakage, no issues with spray. It seems to be more simply put together than the Bona mop and less prone to the problems I've had with the Bona (erratic spray, leakage in all 3 mops, intermittent problems affixing refill cap and re-inserting refill into mop, and a smaller fluid container that needs more frequent refills). I'm using my leftover Bona laminate/tile cleaner in this mop with no problem. I like to make my own combination of cleaning fluids and you can put anything into this one's container, too. I can also use my Bona mop pads in this mop. The one advantage of the Bona is that it feels more ergonomic and effortless to use - this mop is shorter and not as heavy as the Bona so it requires a bit more effort or force to move around than the Bona - but I'll take that over the leaking and parts breaking any day. I also like that it came with 2 different kinds of mop heads. After I had used it for about a week I noticed that I had been using the wrong one - I had the thicker dry mop head on and had been using it for cleaning. OOPS! Once I switched, the cleaning was even easier. I had a good feeling about this mop from the reviews and especially because it seems that the company is responsive to problems. So far I'm glad I purchased it - at almost half the price of the Bona, too! It was very easy and intuitive to put together (though I still wish it came with written instructions). I've updated this review every month so far and will continue to do so as I see its longevity. So far so good! UPDATE after 4 months: I've had absolutely no problems with this mop and it actually has gotten more comfortable to use (though I still think it could be a smidgen taller). Still no leakage and I'm able to use all kinds of different cleaning solutions in it. Bottle is easier to fill than the Bona mop was. This was a good buy. UPDATE: It's about a year since I bought it and I'm starting to have a problem - the squirt mechanism isn't operating properly and now I get just the tiniest bit of solution coming out, not enough to reach the floor, so now I have to carry around a bottle of spray solution and using that instead of the mop mechanism. A little disappointted that it only lasted a year but I still think it was better assembled than my Bona, which always leaked..
