These clippers are awesome! Could not recommend them enough. They work fantastic on all different types of horses from sleek coats to extra hairy ponies. I live in a very cold climate so if we want to work out horses, clipping them and blanketing is a must. These clippers work just as well, if not better than some that cost 5 times the price of these. Couldn’t be happier. I actually have two pairs of these as I keep my horses at two different barns and like having a set at each place for convenience. One pair I’ve had for over a year and used a number of times and it still works great, but yes, after clipping multiple times I had to replace the blade as they got dull but that’s part of the process. Yes, they can be loud but I find all heavier duty clippers and I wouldn’t expect a heavy duty clipper to be quiet. I’ve used these on my 4 year old being clipped for the first time and she didn’t mind at all. Like with all clippers, you have to oil them before and during use. I used them on the lowest setting and had no issues with overheating or cutting through super hairy pony coats, even after doing multiple horses. A full body clip with these on a big horse takes me less than half an hour. Honestly, money well spent!

I bought the clippers awhile back and just love how they work. I bought this set of blades as an extra blade. I’d hate to be in middle of a clipping and blade be dull. It looks just like the blades on my clippers and they work great so I’m pleased with my purchase of clippers and extra blades.

The blades looked like my other horse clipping blades however they did not grab onto the Fur and cut smoothly. Basically it just chewed up the Horses coat and we were unable to proceed with the clip

We have an old mare with Cushngs disease that got an incredible thick coat. The person we have to clip our horses used the TAKEIT rather than her regular clipper and it did a fantastic job. I couldn't find the place to review the clipper itself so I am posting the review here.
