Ordered the battery, worked well for 2 months. No complaint. Worked as advertised. In about 4 months, I started to have an issue with charging speed of the battery itself, and connection issues with my phone. As I do not reside in USA, getting a replacement was an issue, but their customer service was quick in getting back to me and offering me a refund instead. Would definitely recommend buying from these sellers if not for the product, then for the after sales service. Thank you so much!

I have had this item just over three months and it no longer works. The charging port does not accept the charger. It was kind of strange; for a while there it would only charge with it plugged in a certain way. No matter how you put the plug in you had to remove it and flip it over and put it back in. That worked for about a month. Now it does not charge at all. The plug will not go in the hole at all. In my opinion three months of use is not enough for this item. I would not recommend. Also it is supposed to have a twelve month warranty, but when I click the button for the return information on the products page it goes to a dead link. In my opinion this company has a ways to go in the area of customer service, and they are not the only company that makes charging phone cases.

I loved this charger, my grandfather actually suggested it to me and I loved this thing for a long time. I will say there were complications with it; after about about six months it stopped charging properly while connected to my phone, just recently it stopped charging properly while NOT connected to my phone. I’m rebuying this product because of how useful it is to me as a factory worker who is constantly listening to music.

Works fine on iphone12. Slow charging no matter what kind of charger you have, max is 6watts so it takes forever to recharge. But is allowing the phone with 71% battery health to work all day on one charge. A bit bulky and does get warm when charging and in use so it may blow up but hasent yet. Stuck a little popfart on the back and holds it easier.. it does also charge phone and battery both, you can also switch between phone battery and backup battery if wanted and itll charge the phone batt back up to near 100% if left alone…

My iPhone 12 battery has gone down to 80% and kept dying. Got this case bc my husband was happy with his. Came charged, easy on and easy to use. The directions are very clear on removing your phone to not lean it forward but so far nice case. Not super heavy and charges my phone for a day

It was working really good when I first got it but now it’s cracking and just isn’t working very well! Don’t get me wrong it’s a good charging case but next time I’ll buy something better and read more reviews lol

I bought this batter about 7 months ago ; it started malfunctioning like not charging my phone all the way and turning off. I contacted the company, after a bit back and forth about what’s going on I got a brand new case in the mail 2 days later. Also it comes with a lightning charger and a screen protector. 30 bucks? For sure!

After roughly a month of use, the charger port became so loose that it would not charge. There were no adverse conditions, it was only used with a high, quality charger, etc. Great concept, but no durability.
