My family love my Mincemeat tarts that I make for the holidays. This was the best Mincemeat that I have had in years. It costs more but is worth it as it is delicious.

This is the very best mincemeat I have tried to date, in a jar. I have purchased it every year around the Christmas holidays to make their signature fruitcake (None Such). Simple recipe is on the internet. Even those who do not like fruitcake love this one. I could not find the mincemeat locally this year and was so happy to find it on Amazon. It has always been hard to find. It is luscious and tastes wonderful. Nice sized jar will keep a long time on the shelf. Expensive here but it is worth it if you cannot find it elsewhere.

We used this for filling our British Christmas Mince Pies. It has a great taste. This product is not cheap, but Scrouge would say it is worth it for a Christmas Treat. If you do not know what a mince pie is, you need to befriend a British expatriate.

I have been telling my wife for 30 plus years of our 42 marriage that mince meat pie was my favorite. But every thanksgiving when she fixed it for me I was the only one to eat it. turns out that when there are 12 pies Mince meat was on the bottom of the list for most. That was fine for me - more for me. Problem? Yes, my wife quit making it. Then after a long conversation she broke down and made one for Spring/Easter - in fact two. Wow, you should have seen it disappear when everyone was over for Spring Break. Now it is more than just my favorite. Thanks None Such for hanging in there.
