Hotpoint 7kg Wash 5kg Dry 1400rpm Integrated Washer Dryer

Don't order any appliances from amazon. The washing machine itself is fine (as far as I can tell given the limited amount I've been able to use it). However, there was a fault when it was installed. A pipe is leaking and water is coming up into the sink. I initially reported this four days ago and was promised someone had been booked to come out and repair it. Since then, I've called several times. Each time I'm promised a ticket has been raised for a specific day, but next time they have no record of it at all. I feel like I'm in a nightmare going round and round in circles. I paid £115 for this machine to be installed and am just stuck with a leaking pipe and no information on when someone can fix it.

The washing machine is brilliant. Felt sorry for the delivery guy. I thought it should have been a two man job. He had to bring it through to the kitchen. He didn’t mind. Very nice man.

This is the worst machine I ever bought!the dryer function is rubish.Ended up drying a 4 kg load for 5 hours only to take it out soaking wet.Tried another load with literally bedding only (duvet cover, pillow covers and sheet), washed then dried for 2.5 hours and still wet, added another 45 minutes to actually get them dry and ended up taking out a grey bedding set where a white one was put in!It literally burned out the material on the outside while the inside was still wet! It has no wet sensor so the machine could detect when the load is dry, it will literally destroy everything!Don't buy!

This is very user unfriendly. The drying function and manual are unclear. The machine has broken down days after the return window (drum vibrates like it’s gone crazy, damaging the floor and surrounding kitchen). A total waste of money and a logistical pain.
