Blueberry beet and mango coconut flavors are delish! Haven't tried any others yet. The pouches are so easy to take when traveling or just when you're out for the day and don't want to stop and buy junk food along the way. They have a purée texture similar to applesauce.

Great smoothie in terms of texture and taste

Sorry I will be honest but, I have been eating them right before I got pregnant and it prevented me to have constipation, I had great bowels movement, also helped me with energy in the morning and was a quick easy take if I had nausea. I still use them post partum, iykyk. If you want an idea of the taste, it’s a smooth fruity flavor, not too sweet. The texture can be a little chalky at first but end up being smoothly like afterwards. The ingredients are clean and simple, I really swear by this product. The only downside would be the price !

Delicious taste, packed with nutrients!

I'm not the best at meeting my nutritional values for the day, let alone eating breakfast. While this isn't a complete meal replacement, it definitely a great way to start your day with organic energy, nothing overly sweet, and well rounded nutrition. I'll typically get these for myself but my 4 year old actually prefers these over the little smoothies made specifically for kids. Only took a star because of cost, it's expensive trying to use fresh ingredients for a nutrient-dense food but I do wish healthy options were more financially accessible.

This is a great way to add some protein in a healthy way. The flavor is great and they are very portable for those on the go!

My toddler absolutely loves these. I love that they are good for him and packed with protein. I also will take these as a quick snack places, too. Very tasty!

I mix two squirts into a quart of 10% lemon juice 10% tart cherry , Splenda , 80% water and keep refrigerated .
