This product is not highly affective in reducing the snoring. Though breathing is better, but doesn't completely cut down the snoring sounds.

Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Wow! This is a great product! I've tried a few different things to help with breathing and snoring, and this works so well and is so comfortable to wear at night. They give you 3 different sizes to try, and each nostril side is independently adjustable as well, so you are sure to get a good fit. Everyone's snoring and breathing patterns are different and different people have different issues causing the problem, but these "Mute" inserts really do a great job of keeping your nasal passages open and clear to help improve breathing with no discomfort while sleeping, you don't even know it's there.

I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.
