These are great for something to chew however the flavor doesn't last long. I like that they are gluten free, sugar free, etc. I purchase these to use mostly when traveling.

I like that it’s more affordable than other xylitol gums, it does the job but the flavor is mild and lasts only 15 minutes. I only use this type of gum after meals and to help prevent cavities so I don’t mind it, but if you’re looking for something that helps freshen breath, produce saliva (for dry mouth) or just has a strong, long-lasting flavor then this isn’t the best option.

This gum is a game-changer! I'm always hesitant to try sugar-free gum because it often has that artificial aftertaste, but this one is different.
