This is a nice combination of body mind centring and Laban ,actually a personel approach to BMD. 'it helped me also in understanding some aspects of BMD that i could not by direct reading of B.B Cohen articles.But i tan'k it could be better if could be shortened. Because many things appear repeatedly in different sections.
