The shade I picked is perfect for my fair complexion, and I was impressed by how pigmented it is. One swipe gives me full, opaque color—no need to layer or reapply. It’s rare to find a formula that’s both lightweight and bold, but this one nails it. Overall, I really enjoy using this product and would absolutely repurchase. Great quality and a lovely finish!

I purchased Cloud Chaser which is a pale pinky nude. The pink is very neutral, I have been searching for the discontinued Rimmel Kate 41 lipstick for years, this is better. It feels like a dream in the lips, very moisturizing yet looks soft matte. It’s definitely not drying and doesn’t look dry on the lips. The pigment is great right off the bat but it can be built up and built up and still look great. I just received it today, I’ve had it on for a few hours and it doesn’t need to be touched up. Beyond that, I’ll have to update. This does not dry down like a liquid lipstick and isn’t transfer-proof like a liquid lipstick but it doesn’t transfer as much as most standard lipsticks. It’s a very unique formula, I love it and the color is perfection!! I hope this color and formula sticks around for a long time.

I have been looking for a true brown lip color, and when I saw this on Amazon at its very reasonable price, I ordered it. I was worried that it would be a lot lighter or warmer than it looked on the website, but I was happy to see the color I got was very very close to the color depicted in the Amazon images. I’ve never come across a lip formula like this. It's almost like a dry, but moist, paste. It's difficult to describe the consistency. I think I was anticipating a gloss, or more of a liquid lipstick performance. But this product is like neither of those. If you took a matte lipstick, chopped it up, then put it into a gloss applicator, that would come pretty close to what working with this product feels like. That being said, after I got used to the initial sort of weird way the product was applying, the color went on easily, and I could build it up to a deeper/more opaque shade after the first translucent layer (which was a nice color also.) “Love You Smore” is a very true, deep brown- it reminded me of chocolate frosting- toward the cooler end of the scale. But it isn't a greyish or blue-looking brown. It's just- brown. Brown lip colors tend to immediately go super burgundy or brick red on me for some reason. This one, I was very happy to see, did not do that. It stayed a nice, true, mid-tone brown. (Well- whatever my skin does to lip product did make it a slightly warmer brown on me, but I was still very pleased with the color.) The doe foot applicator is easy to work with. I applied and wore this lip product without any liner. It appears matte once it "settles" on the lips, but it isn't a super dry matte like a liquid lipstick. The product did initially go on kind of patchy, but I just kept applying and moving it around, and I achieved a nice layer of product with crisp edges. My lower lip was chapped when I applied it, and it went on just fine. In fact, the lip color obscured the dryness. I wore it for a couple of hours, and it didn’t get patchy or wear off. I didn’t eat anything with it on, but I could tell it was the kind of formula that would come off pretty much immediately if I did eat. (Edit: this is exactly what happened when I ate something.) I did drink water, and a bit of product transferred to the glass, but not enough to notice. It does have a bit of an odor. I don’t mind scented products, but for those who do, the scent goes away immediately, and is a very pleasant soft, sweet vanilla- quite like a marshmallow. I liked the scent, and didn’t notice it within a few seconds of applying the product. If I stuck my nose right up against the applicator, I could smell it. If not- nothing. I just wanted to give others a heads up. The product has absolutely no taste that I could detect. One thing- I could feel it on my lips. Not in an unpleasant way, but I was definitely aware that I was wearing a lip product. I rarely wear makeup these days, so if you wear lipstick daily, you may not feel it. But I could. For this reason, and for the fact that it feathered after about two hours, I only gave it four stars. In defense of the product, I usually always wear lip liner, so it may not have feathered with a liner. It wasn’t a mess after two hours, but it was definitely a bit blurry at the periphery of my lip line. On the whole, I recommend this product. For being so inexpensive, it has very good, very true color payoff, and it wears quite well. It wasn’t perfect, but I have yet to find a lipstick that is. I am very pleased with my purchase- I finally have a true brown lip color!- and would order this product again.

It's a cute light pink on me but it was a completely different color than it should be. Its supposed to be more bright pink but it's more light nude....

Ive had this for almost 10 months, and I recommend you buy it! I bought the fluffer nutter color and the smores color showed up instead and boy, am I glad it did! I like the darker brown so much better than i would have liked the lighter brown. I was worried that wet n wild would be the cheap stuff I'm used to it being but it wasn't! This stuff is great. You can make it as dark or light as you want. At first I was skeptical because the way it goes on. I couldn't figure out how to get it to cover without being patchy. Then I figured out, put a light layer on, rub that in. Go around your edges rub it in then lightly fill in any spots. Less is more with this one. It also wears well throughout the day. You don't really get that weird noticeable outer ring you do with darker colors and that is super great! It doesn't dry my lips out like other matte lip colors do so I can wear it all the time! Not just once a week. Depending on how much you put on, it could get heavy fast. However, less is more with this one! It's better to wear it as a light weight lip gloss then apply more as needed. It does fade with wear so if I'm out and about drinkin/eating, I keep it in my pocket so I can put it on as needed - 1 coat every 1-2hrs. I love this stuff so much I just shared the link with one of my students and I'm considering buying a different color since I've had the smores color for two cold seasons now. Might try the fluffer nutter now! I can't speak for the other colors... this is very much a love it or toss it in the trash lip gloss. But again, I can't stress enough - less is more with the smores color. Once you figure it out it's a staple in the makeup bag. And it smells GREAT! Like hot chocolate! Oh one thing I forgot to mention, the top of the lip gloss can sometimes come out - cheap glue I suppose. Don't use it like that. It goes on too thick. Screw the top back on and try again. That worked for me. It happened a handful of time but now I have zero problems with it coming out.

absolutly terrible not good at all there was no shine no durability it was horrible and the tube fell apart. the stopper went into the tube after 1 use it was horrible
