Well, I don't have any pain, so i can't comment on pain relief. I can certainly comment on the comfort and Softness.Comfort: 10/10Softness: 9/10Its a good mattress, have been sleeping comfortably without changing sleep positions at all, that can also be considered a plus point as you get a good night's rest in the same position you went to sleep. Apart from that i can't really comment on anything, will update in a long term review if i do start to notice some other positives/negatives.

Good product.Delivery was compact and good!If you are looking for a sturdy mattress (like coconut coir mattress), this is not recommended.However, highly recommended only for those who are looking for soft sleeping bed!The addition of zipper cover seems to be very helpful.Still unknown for it's lasting use, because this review comes only within a month!
