Have used this product many years. This shipment did not cover the roots, faded after about 18 days and left my hair dry and frizzy. Question the product.

I have been using this product for more than 10 years. Both boxes were open and when I applied the color, my hair came out red, not Ash Blond 9A.This has never ever happened before. Throwing the 2nd box away.Now I need purple shampoo all the time!So annoying...
