Women's A Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy Krueger Costume

I was very happy when this costume arrived.The dress is of good quality material. There are four holes in the front that are rather large, but I didn't mind. I am 5' 11" tall. The model in the picture must be about as tall as me because the dress comes to about the same point on my legs. I ordered a size large (I wear a size 9 in juniors). The dress is fitting, but not super tight. I probably could have gotten away with ordering a size medium, but the large will do just fine.The hat is nice, as well. It fits a little large on my head, but I'm only wearing it for one night, so it doesn't really matter.The glove is nice, also. It's plastic, but it looks cool, and it seems like it will be able to endure one night of debauchery!

The cuts are a little stretched. I'm 170lb, 5'6 and got a large. The dress has stretch too it but is still too short so I had to wear leggings to make it work appropriate. Also used safety pins to close the cuts but will probably sew for the future. Overall, super cute and comfortable. Came with a hat and the glove. Hat was big- didn't fit my boyfriend even. I would buy this again though.

This costume got so many compliments. The fit was perfect , the quality was more than expected. Wasn’t cheaply made at all. My only concern was that one of the cuts was too low. That could be because of my body type. Just buy costume it’s super cute.

Only received the dress and glove- No HAT included! I’m soo MAD!

The overall fit is great! I am 5’4” 150lbs and I got a medium. However it is a little short. Women who have curves or a big behind you will need to wear shorts or something underneath as I will be doing. The sleeves came down full length and the slashes as seen in pick hit right at my belly button. The hat is very sturdy but does not have a fit band inside so it does not stay tight. The claw was as expected. It’s cheap but surprisingly looks pretty good! I was not expecting the claw and hat so I bought a hat and real claw separately but very please they all came together for the price.

slits were way too big and way too low on the size medium, i had seen other reviews just cut the dress to make it a sweater but instead i thought itd be cool to layer it since it was super freezing anyway. so i wore a skirt over the dress and a corset to cover up the remaining visible slits. i think it slayed and you could see the ragged edges at the bottom of the dress! the sweater kept me warm in 50-60 degree weather. if you get the medium just be weary of that aspect. glove held up for most of the night, the glove unattached from the actual claw part but i was able to just slip it back in place and it was fine. hat was too big for me so i had to line it with cloth and tape to get more grip on my head

I received the official costume & it was perfect! The slashes weren't too big. I even added a slit to show a little cleavage. However, because it is a sweater, all the slashes need to be hemmed so they don't start shedding. I loved it & got many compliments.

A lot of reviews say it’s a short top but I’m 5’2 and 150 a 36D and normally a size 9-10...and it was just above my knee ( I only order an XL) and very comfortable, and flattering on me. However, I have a very small waist and just curvy in the hips and chest so I don’t know if that plays a factor in the size. I will post a pic latter once I put it on in costume. The material is good it’s heavier not cheap so you can definitely wear it with some tights or leggings and be completely warm. The hat is sturdy but a little deformed from packaging, but you can reshape it. The glove it self is good. The razors are plastic(I didn’t expect any different). The glove part that your hand goes in is made of felt so it can take if you pull on it to hard. The fingers do move, and I must say move very well for being made out of plastic. Do get me wrong I wouldn’t be trying to pick things up with it... but it get the job done in pulling off a great looking costume. The slit in the stomach area wear smaller on mine. I seen on some other reviews there’s were these huge gouges but mine were minimally torn. Although, like had previously stated I have a smaller tummy so that may also play a factor in how it looks. It you are any size larger then a shapely 190lb this is not the costume for you. Go for the plus size cause this one would definitely sit a little differently if you had a pouch or larger arms. Just saying...
