This is an amazing product! It does what it says it does. I use it outside on the porch where neighborhood tomcats back up and spray. Once the morning sun hits you can imagine how strong that smell is. I saturate the area with Get Serious and it eliminates the odor, usually with one application. I also use it to freshen up the indoor litter box, which builds up urine smell from the scratches in the plastic. Again, works very well. Have used this for years and am grateful to have a product that not only works as advertised, but also doesn't have a lot of fragrant filler smells. It doesn't need it, and I have a chemical and fragrance sensitivity that appreciates manufacturers who don't feel the need to put a stinky additive in every single product. Will buy this again and again.

I've tried every pet store & supermarket cleaner over the years and none have even come close to this product. I think the major producers of pet stain & odor removers wouldn't want the general public to know about "Get Serious", because no one would ever buy their product again.We have 5-7 cats at all times and messes occur regularly. I have yet to find a pet stain that Get Serious could not clean quickly. I've even cleaned old carpet stains that were on my carpet before I bought my house. Age of stain doesn't seem to make a difference. Scoop up majority of mess with paper towels, add Get Serious, brush in, let set for couple minutes, and blot with towel (do not rub). That's it!

I have used this product for years and in my mind it is one of the best you can buy .. I am so happy that Amazon still has found a supplier who makes it available to us because it is becoming harder and harder to find in Pet Stores . In fact I would say almost impossible . I always buy it in the gallon size it is a much better value . Like the label says it works on almost any pet issue if you get my drift . It is important to read the label and to use as directed that is very important !! I have used it on some really nasty stuff and had excellent results !!

I have four cats and a Boxer puppy so I always keep "Get Serious" on hand. This product is the best yet. It's amazing how it gets rid of the odors/stains from urine or cat furballs. If it does not do the trick the first time, then reapply per directions. I have used the product for years now. It is more expensive then alot of others but I would rather spend a little more and have a product that works. I can keep my carpets and the pet "kids" bedding odor free naturally by using a non-toxic, safe product.

Just started using it today. I'm using a black light (#1 Black Light Flashlight Urine Detector - Professional Quality Ultra Bright Stain Finder-12 UV LED's for Detecting Urine Stains, by Doggone pet products), I'm cleaning in the dark with the black light on. My cat lost her mind, I think the last people's cat did some business and now mine is doing her best to keep up and go beyond. The stains are old and have no smell, when using Get Serious it reactivates the smell. Looks like I'll be re-applying. Although, many of the small stains come right out. All stains that are not urine are also showing with the black light and those are coming out. I also bought Rocco & Roxie, which doesn't clean stains as well as the Get Serious. Also nice is there is no scent with this product.

This is amazing. End of story. Many dogs over the years, many messes, but this is the ONE thing that actually works. Only wish it cam in a solution for a rug shampooer since the ones in the stores under other brands don't really work to get out both the stains and the odor.

This is the best product for cleaning up accidents on carpet or upholster, whether urine, feces, or vomit. It is amazingly easy to use, and I can't get over how well it works and keeping other dogs from repeat "visits" to the spot!!

Finally! An odor remover that even works on old stains! I tried this product on the recommendation of a local pet supply store owner. They used to carry it, but the distributor doesn't have it anymore. He had customers who got rid of 8 year old stains and odors! I used it on a cat urine stained rug with great results. Easy to use too, all you need is a brush. Highly recommended.
