Taste minty refreshing. So far I had it twice. The first time I had a cup around 10pm. The next day around 11am or so I had to use the washroom. It wasn't crazy but the tea definitely cleaned me out! The 2nd time I had it, it wasn't as effective but still helped me along. It will clean you out and take away the bloat. I will make it part of my Sunday evening. A good cleanse to start the week! I was down about 2lbs but don't really have much weight to lose:)

I love it! It has that minty chocolaty taste without actually tasting like chocolate if you know what i mean. I noticed a difference the first time taking it. Im not as hungry. Its priced decent. Im not sure on weight loss, as i dont know my weight prior vs after taking. I lnida sense a bit more enery than before. Overall good product and does what it says.

I really enjoyed this tea~ I bought it for the detox effects and for helping with the feeling of bloating. It works like a gentle laxative, and if you take it at nighttime before bed, like the instructions advise, it works like the product indicates, with "cleansing" the next morning/day. The tea really does taste like mint chocolate (and smells really good!), and I have mine with some unsweetened cashew milk and stevia, to make it feel even more decadent as a sweet treat in the evening. I have not seen weight loss as a result of this, but it definitely cleanses and keeps things moving! I wish it also came in larger packages with more than 20 teabags :)

This is by far the best tasting tea!!
