We sometimes have to shower 3 times per day in the summer, because it's so darn humid here in the Great Lakes region in Canada. This summer was exceptionally humid so I came across these towels and tried them and I am impressed! They are not the most absorbent, but then that doesn't really matter when you are going to sweat again in 3 seconds anyways lol! I like that they are easy care, quick to hang and dry, even in 85% humidity. I'm purchasing more for camping because I figure they will be great for that. They don't take up as much room too. I bought the matching hand towels too.

These towels - while attractive and trendy, and especially loved by folks who also love overpriced B&Bs where they bed and breakfasts where they seem to thrive, are Not, repeat Not absorbent. There is no plush side as there is or should be on good Turkish towels - it’s like using a large dish towel to dry yourself after a shower. So if trendiness is more important to you than absorbecy or comfort by all means get these.

This is my first experience with Turkish towels and I love the look! So pretty that I’m using for a shawl when it’s cool. They are very decorative but absorbent they are not. I have read that they get better with washing. I’ve only had mine a short time!

This is not as pictured. It is a dull beige, not a pretty light pink in my opinionIt is very rough in texture and came with an odd smell.I would not recommend.

I ordered 3 different colours, only received one. The other two were cancelled and I've since reordered.... but this one, I got it fast and I'm very happy with it.
