I purchased these molds for a new use. They work great! A popular snack are all cheese Parmesan crisps. Every time I bought a bag of small rounds, the bag contents were half broken. For an appetizer tray you need solid rounds. These molds make wonderful 2" crisps - EASY to make - recipes on internet - less expensive than ready made crisps available.

Perfect size for a one bite mini tart. C It’s a more contemporary look than the fluted ones I have owned forever. And with the wholes on the bottom and sides, there was a lot less shrinkage.

These are neat little tart rings, and excellent value for money, despite being not as well-made as the photos would have you believe. My photo reveals each is held together with a crude butt joint which will give way sooner rather than later, when compared to the lap joint of the items you think you’re buying. Still, for the price, it’s not worth complaining. Buy a second set.
