Like one gentle men put it also it's awesome, these fit like a glove. I'm 6'1" I've had a medium and a small both fit perfect. I read one review were they ordered a medium and received a small and it didn't fit, and some pads to small, come on. If needed take the shoulder pads wright out, the small will fit you like a glove, and the other take the shoulder pads in put them were you need them the most, bies/triceps, to all this works very well. And the loose or small pads (I do this to mine) take a ace bandage and wrap them taunt ( not to tight) and sleep one night like that and pads will counter to your arms and stay high and tight. These shirts give you great confidence, in the wright spots. And washing/drying by hand I found is the best. And like more than one has said (my self include) these shirts are awesome thank you for the confidence you gave me back. Thank you so much Amazon!!!!

This has to be the best least expensive way to add some superhero muscles, it looks so good and is very comfortable. Gives my chest that super lift required foe my needs. It is Constructed well and muscles can be added and removed. If only they made one like this with abs and perhaps more with some leg muscles. But I am so happy and recommend to anyone who wants to Look fit immediately.

I wear an (American) men's Medium in basically everything, but ordered XL in this because of the sizing chart. That turned out to be the right size for me, giving a bit of compression but otherwise being relatively easy to put on and take off. The quality feels fine, and there's enough padding to have the desired effect under a Halloween costume. I've got to say, though, that this thing smells terrible, with a strong scent of cigarette smoke that seems to have followed me upstairs after I took off the shirt and left it in my guest bedroom downstairs. Like Seinfeld once says "usually the O stays with the B", but in this case it seemed to rub off of the shirt and onto me. I'm guessing the smell is from the foam inside the shirt, and I'm hoping it will dissipate after a few days of being aired-out.

I needed this for my Halloween costume. I'm a bit too thin for an NFL player. Here is a pic so you can see how it fit on a 6'3" 215 lb. man with an average dad bod. I wore a size XL which fit me perfectly. Happy with the fit, quality, etc.

Was so excited to get this, however, under tight compression shirts, it doesn’t really seem to display that much of a difference. Very disappointing. If padding were double the size it comes in, then it would have more impact. All in all, I honestly feel I wasted my money. Would NOT recommend.

There is nothing about this outfit to dislike it's perfectly designed, good quality and comfortable. Love it 😀

It took this item a long time to arrive. When it finally came it was the wrong size I ordered a large they sent a small. The material is a very poor quality as well. Expensive for what you actually get

I was playing a security guard in a play and needed something that would make me look bulked up in a suit. This shirt did the trick, and not only did it fool everyone into thinking I was built, but it made ME carry myself as if I had worked out. I stood taller, my arms curled like I'd overdeveloped my biceps, and my chest just puffed out naturally. I was concerned about wearing this off-stage and having someone say shake my hand and grab my bicep, but even when that happened they didn't notice the fake muscles. This is like a padded bra for men, and I know I'm going to have more fun with this in the future!

Very good and comfortable shirt

Only bought to add extra foam to chest and arms for fancy dress costume. Fantastic result. As a increase in size for skinny people it adds a bit of bulk under clothes in the right places without looking obvious.
