If you’re buying one of these for a Samsung fridge that froze up, do yourself a favor and Google for Ben’s appliance and junk’s secondary heater kit. It hooks into the power for the defroster and gives you a flexible heater line that you can wrap around the spot where the Freon comes into the coils, which is where the problem you’re buying this for starts. It also adds a simple steel piece you can crimp onto the main defroster that dangles into the drain hole so it doesn’t clog up with ice. You might not actually need this once it’s defrosted, but it won’t hurt and it’s probably an upgrade (in the service manual for my fridge it says this version is only included in premium models and the slightly weaker one is in the lesser ones 🤦‍♂️) Good luck!

My Samsung Refrigerator side was not Cooling and come to find out my Fan was Frozen and needed to be defrosted and replaced. It has been a few Days and so far so Good.

Good replacement part. Still working after 22 MO

This part was the exact same part that was bad in the refrigerator. I compared the two and the stamped numbers on them and to my surprise this was not an aftermarket part.
