Brewing SYNCHKG011311 Spoon, Stainless Steel, 21-Inch Spoon

What can I say, It's a spoon?. It certainly did its job though. I was able to get my liquid malt extract completely stirred in with no trace malt burnt to the bottom of the pot using a high power turkey fryer burner. This is a restaurant utensil. It's sturdy enough, and long enough to reach from the bottom to about an inch over the top of a stainless steel turkey fryer pot for stirring homebrew wort. If I needed to buy another one, I'd probably go for the 24" version to keep the end of the handle out of the steam - it gets a little warm boiling over five gallons, but no too hot to handle. Definitely worth the money.

Light weight but super durable. Does not bend at all. We like to make large vates of Chili or soup, so this is perfect for campfire cooking and large stock pots. Love it!

Perfect long length for my tall pots! Not a fancy serving spoon but a good utilitarian cooking spoon. The kind they use in cafeterias.

this made the perfect gift for my sister. she is the best cook in my life. and this spoon made it so much easier for the nights that she does her homemade soups in the great big pot she uses. the thickness and weight make steering thick soups with ease.

The spoon is the length I was looking for. It's perfect for large soup pots. The only complaint I have is there is a cut out at the end of the spoon that is very sharp. I will need to come up with a way to cover the edges.

It’s a big spoon. Great for stirring in my 5 gallon brewing bucket. The handle is pretty thin which makes it a bit hard to grip, but it’s still very sturdy and gets the job done.

I use this spoon for stirring honey and it is very sturdy. It has been easy to clean and have had no issues with tarnishing or spotting. I would highly recommend if you need something like this.
