Nice tangy culture.
First time using this particular culture, but so far it seems a good strong culture that gives a nice tangy taste to soft cheeses like an English Farmhouse but can't comment for longer aged cheeses.

Cheese culture
I followed instructions on how to make cheese and added the culture to the milk but hours later nothing happened. The milk didn't set , I threw the milk and the remaining of sachet away. Bad buys and waisted my money.
