I just working out with this and I sweat a lot really nice real comfortable to work out, Cons - in my case the zipper at the bottom came off I was able to put it back but who know how long is gong to last, Update - costumer service send me a replacement and is being working reall good no complaints the material is very strong, I have a not big belly but I have one, zipper is strong I use it every time I go to the gym (3 to 4 times a week) I really recomend this, just at first you have to struggle to put it on and to take it off, is a pain in a A 😂 but after a while is easy, is really good, I know that you loosing water weight but after a while I have notice that I have burning fat, probably is just me, try it is Rea good product

Sweat good in it

I ordered a 3x-large, and I am roughly 6 ft tall (72 in.), 246 lbs, and 38 waist. The sauna suit works well making me sweat as I run. I ran about 3.34 miles at a slow pace of 12:20 min/mi, and I was dripping sweat, which is why I bought it. With a sauna vest, it would dig into my skin where the hem at the bottom sides are and made it difficult to expand my chest to breath as I ran, but this sauna suit did not hinder my breathing, even though it fits snug, and it doesn't dig into my skin, instead just forming to the contours of my body. The only down side is that the torso portion could be a little longer because there is not a lot of room for man-parts down there and compresses a little on the man-parts more than I liked at the beginning just putting it on for the first time; however, it seemed to stretch out a little and not bother me too much after I began running as I wore it--I guess I am not used to having garments conforming around my man-parts too closely. Other than that it fits well as I run. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I wish it went up to the neck and had a collar. It comes up around the mid part of the collar bone, which I don't prefer, besides no extra room in the crotch (things get claustrophobic down there and like some breathing room--meaning Wranglers are not among the wardrobe if you get what I mean). If this doesn't bother a person, then it works just fine during a workout like running as I do with it.

I bought this and didn't even expect it to be so small! For a 3xl it looks like it's for a xl!? Keep in mind yes i am a hefty person trying to work out. Strange sizing, I had gotten this. Brand new in the bag, sealed, UNOPENED! I notice the zipper, the end of it, is broke! I tried to fix it but even that, not a thing. Until realizing you need to unzip the entire thing. Then when putting it on, you gotta SQUEEZE in there. Plus, the zipper just popped open after. Thankfully nothing broke but this suit sucks.

I am 6'2" tall and weigh 350 lbs. I purchased the 3XL version of this. I have to say it is too small for me. Not by much however. The sleeves are tight around the bicep and my arms are not that big, so if you are muscled out this isn't for you. My belly was too big for the zipper to stay up and when I zipped it up it opened with speed and broke. If I was 6' it would probably fit a lot better. The shoulders and the crotch are snug at 6'2". Since it was damaged by me I didn't feel I could return it. So I made some modifications and it serves me for what I wanted it for initially. I wanted to have some heat therapy for my hip while I slept. And it provides that. So basically it is small for a 6'2" 350 lbs human. If it was slightly bigger it would have fit me.

I use the suit when I workout at Boot Camp. So far so good.

Get your workout on and feel great afterwards. Very durable and comfotable

I'm 6'2 and 225lbs male with a 10lb gut/beer belly. My legs and arms are an average size for my by height. Unfortunately XXL US is the largest I could order. First of all this will be a really tight fit, especially around your groin area. Don't even try to re relocate your jewels or underwear, you will not fix the problem. If you want results you will have to suck it up and deal with it and is not comfortable at all lol, unless your are shorter then me than you have the luxury of ordering a bigger size. As for me I will try to lose a few pounds before using it again, I just cant tolerate the discomfort around my privates when working out, I wish they sold XXXL US.
