Size is completely off. I can't even tell you where to start to figure it out. It also doesn't fit properly on the underside. I had to remove it after a few hours because it was cutting into me and there was no way to loosen the pouch. The best I have found is the Champion Hernia Belt, Single or Double Bilateral Herniation Pad, Adjustable.
