A: No

**Q: Will this work with goggles as well as snorkel mask?**
A: It might be a little big/wide at the ends for goggle straps but it would work.

A: It is only s Scuba Mask Strap wrapper.   As to why it is priced double...that I don't know.

A: This is merely a cover. The mask strap goes through this and the adjustment is through the mask strap not the cover.
