Good book. I have read it Some things are not easy to do but we are all learning the traditional methods. I would encourage all to use traditional health not pills or chemicals as what is in the sunnah is better for us.

I would definitely recommend this book as its beautifully written, with colourful pictures. There is quite a lot information in it with support of Quran/ Hadith.I haven't read it all yet but its a must have in every home library.
