When will this mug be available in black? You know we will buy it to accompany our white one!

Is it microwave safe?

i would imagine that its microwave safe, but I haven't tested that theory....I've just been using my coffee pots to heat up water and pour it into the cup.

Does this mug get too hot to touch when heating up liquids in the microwave?

the cup box says not dishwasher or microwave safe so maybe a bad idea but as far as temp goes i have put up to 200 degree water in it before and didn't burn my hands so...

Not sure but probably close to 12. I very nice size cup. The person that received the cup liked the size as is a little larger and a good size for a good morning cup of coffee. I would consider the buy.
