Enjoy a fast-paced foosball battle without buying a space-consuming full-size table with this classic tabletop foosball/soccer table. The game offers all the thrills of traditional foosball including pull shots, rollovers and pull kicks but is small enough to bring to parties or BBQs. Designed to look and feel like a genuine table, the game boasts such features as a wood construction to withstand wear and tear, four steel rods, six detailed soccer players per side, a classic slide scorer and two soccer designed foosballs. And when you're done playing, the game stores easily in a closet or under a bed. With this fast paced, mini soccer table you can have soccer fun wherever you go.

Fun but flawed
This tabletop was purchased as a gift for a 5 year birthday boy who also has a 3 year old brother.Assembly:You do need to assemble this game but it is a brief and straightforward job. The players come premounted on the bars and this helps to make sure they are all positioned correctly. Once assembled the quality is not 100% (for example in some places there are small spaces or miss-alignments) but overall nothing you will notice once you start playing. All players were at the correct height for spinning easily and hitting the ball.Look and feel: The Foosball looks great, with a classic solid, wood build that makes it seem like a little 'real' set rather than a child's toy. The size was perfect for the five year old. Big enough to make an enagaing game but not so big so as to become unwieldy. We chose to leave off the little legs it comes with because that allows us to easily place the game on any flat surface, or on the floor. The legs would only raise it up a few inches and would mean the surface has to accommodate all four legs for it to stand straight. There is no shortage of space between the handles and the resting surface for hands, even without the legs.Game Play: The game is very fun to use, even for an adult. The five year old took to the game very naturally and had very little difficulty. It is not easy for him to manipulate two handles simultaneously but that does not really limit his fun. Even the three year old enjoys playing a little, but I would not recommend this as a toy for that age. Bigger children will most certainly also enjoy playing with this set, though a slightly bigger one may be appropriate above age 7 or so.There are two central complaints that cost the set two start in this review:First, the goal places are not very deep and the ball quite often will roll right out and on to the floor when someone scores. This can definitely grow tiresome and sometimes will mean hunting for a ball that has rolled under furniture.Second, and much more seriously, the handles are not securely attached to the bars and come off quite easily. There is a small screw that goes through the handle and into the bar to keep the handle in place. At the time of writing this, only a few weeks after getting the game all the handles had come off and had to be 'fixed' by me. This generally entailed making another hole in the plastic handle and reattaching to the bar. This is quite disappointing and at least one handle has come off a second time. If I am not able to attach it securely my plan is to use some superglue on the inside of the handle but this will mean it cannot be removed in the future should we need to fix the game or dismantle it for some reason. This is by far the biggest engineering flaw in this set.Summary: This is a very nice set and can provide many many hours of fun playing but has at least one serious engineering flaw that will likely mean some frustrating moments while you 'fix' a game that has endured even relatively gentle use. I wish I could give it a higher rating as in almost every other way it would get at least four stars.

Fairly Good Foosball Table
I bought this foosball table a short while ago, and it was pretty good. The main selling points were the facts that it was fairly portable and had 3 sets of men for each side, rather than the traditional 2 sets. I received the foosball table A LOT earlier than expected. The only thing I didn't know was that some assembly was required. Actually, quite a bit of assembly was required. The table is a great thing to take on the go. As a warning, do NOT rip shots or handle it roughly! The rods holding the players are rather cheaply made, and will bend. It takes some doing to get it back the way it was, but I'm afraid too much of this and the rods will break. Also, the goals do not hold all shots. Occasionally a shot will, if hit hard enough, go through the goal.Overall, this foosball table is pretty good for the price, but don't expect too much.

... it gets an average rating is due to the bad quality of the boards
The main reason it gets an average rating is due to the bad quality of the boards. The board that holds the goalie box came apart from the rest of the parts (pictured). I personally wouldn't suggest anyone to buy this expecting it to hold together for more than a few months. The instructions where minimal and you more than likely will need a hammer to put in the score sliders.Apart from these bad points the pros would be that the table game looks the part and is the perfect size for 3 year old kids. It is flat and stable enough to play the game fair. All in all this should be cheaper...

Lots of screws, assembly took a little longer than I would of guessed but once completed, the kids were having a blast with it.Would of given it 5 stars IF the handles were already secured onto the metal rods. Putting those on was a bit of a pain as you screw a tiny tiny screw (also this is probably the biggest reason why some users complain of the handles coming off), its not very secure in the long run. You almost need a magnifying glass to see if you are even screwing it in the proper alignment. It would of made more sense if the manufacturer drilled a slightly larger hole and a longer screw for extra stability.

Great small-size foosball table
This is a great small-sized foosball table. We bought it for our 6 and 9 year-old-girls for Christmas. Had been considering a full-size table, but due to space concerns, opted for this one. Our kids love this foosball table and play it every day! Assembly was pretty easy, but did take about 1 - 1 1/2 hours time. Wish the player rods were made of a stronger steel because we are noticing that they are bending slightly after the kids have been playing the game so much. Not sure that we'd be able to get replacement parts if they break. Hopefully they will hold up over time.

Good quality Good price
We bought this for my 7 year olds birthday. I was trying to find the best quality for not a big price. His dad and grandpa put it together in about 15-20 minutes without any issues. We haven't had any problems with anything breaking or handles coming off. Seems to be a good product thus far.

Other than that - fun times!
Product delivered on time. The quality isn't as high as I expected, but for a kids foosball table it suffices. The instructions though, leave a lot to be desired.Just make sure you put the "people" facing the right direction and depending upon if you're right or left handed, the people should face appropriately. Other than that - fun times!
