Does the robe run small or true to size?

Mine(S-L) is true to size. I recommend choosing size according to your bust size instead of just refering to the size chart and I think size chart is for reference only. It's recommended that you buy the robe whose bust size is at least 7.5 inches larger than your bust.

Some buyer said the quaity is no good. How is it?

Well, I bought 5 robes for my bridesmaids and they fits nicely. Quality is good for the price.
