Canopy fits perfectly for us. It isn't the thickest material, but you get what you pay for I guess. I've included a photo of the paper that came with it that includes exact specs. I don't know why it wasn't included in the listing as it seems like vital information.

Ok replacement for previous canopy. You get what you pay for. Does give decent shade. Stayed in place through the wind we had this week. Definitely not waterproof ,water resistance goes down with the more rain we receive. Fits well at corners but side pieces shorter and Velcro barely reaches the frame. If you pull too hard on Velcro you could potentially tear fabric. Top tier bigger than frame it’s for. Hopefully can get 2 summers out of it.

Fit as expected, but rain leaks after about 20 minutes. Good for my old frame and would still buy it again.

I bought this 10x10 topper when on sale in Feb. Of course living in Alberta it does not get put on until April or May and returns are not accepted after March. It did not fit. It did rain and definitely not water resistant.

put this on my gazebo june of 2021 it has been out in the wather for 4 months it has faded and looks terrible would not buy from there again
