Not compatible with MiddleEast power supply
It’s 120V which is not mentioned clearly before purchase

Bought for drying mine and my partner's ski boots after a full day's of skiing. Have been using it for the past two months, almost every weekend. Works really well, we can have our boots dry and ready for the next day. Usually dries each pair within 1.5hours. Not fully silent, there is a fan-like noise as expected of something outputting air, but it's not enough to be disturbing. It's small enough to be tucked away when not being used. Overall very satisfied

First time used was outside return window due to ski trip. Utter rubbish. Only fitted with USA plug, smelt badly of burning plastic while in use, then stopped working and died. Dangerous probably.

I bought a US to UK adaptor plug for this product and after a few seconds it just stopped working. I looked up the Dry Guy company's website and they say that it is not suitable to use outside of the USA, wven with an adapter plug - so why did amazon.co.uk allow this to be sold???

Was so excited to get my new boot dryer. Loved that it has a timer on it so I can set it and not worry about cooking my boots all night. First time I used it I set it to an hour as it recommended. 2 1/2 hours later I realize it’s still cooking my boots. Tried it again and set a timer on my phone to see if it turns off. It doesn’t. **update* I changed my original review from one start to 5 star. I had a problem with it not turning off after the timer. But for what ever reason it fixed itself !! Magic maybe? Who knows all I know is this is a fantastic boot dryer. I work outside everyday and come home with SOAKED boots. No match for this boot dryer. Really is an amazing product. Highly recommend. Also they might be magic
